Fruity Loops Sounds/Samples Question

is it possible to download samples and sounds (components of a beat e.g. choir horn > 0.2) or do i have to buy them somwhere, or do they come with it, im seriously technically challenged with this shit, just want to try fucking around and producing and so far the only sounds i have managed to find are really limited, nothing in comparison to what i hear coming out of other beats that have been made on FL.

you could use samples. but samples are only needed when you want to imitate real instruments that can't be synthesized to a point where they match real samples of the thing. you usually buy these or download them.
for synthesized sounds and synthetically imitated instruments (won't sound as good as real samples remember) you need to get some 'VSTs" which are virtual instruments. many of these can be downloaded illegally or bought. some are only a couple MBs and if it takes 5 minutes to download, why buy...
FL does come with some VSTs though, that i think produce many sounds like horns, violins, and general synths etc... you just need to know how to use them. :thumb:
