Well when asked, PowerSlam magazine said that everything a wrestlers says on TV in a promo is written by the writers.

Now PS are usually right, but I'd be tempted to think that he writes them himself.

Nah...Cena writes his own shit. The only reason he may have said the writers do is because he has said in interviews "I write my own freestyles, but the writers give me a direction to go in, and all my finished products have to be cleard by them"
