I literally got fucked on. Take a look at this website and tell me if you would purchase goods from it?

So after examining the shoes - i decide to buy 18 pairs and i spend 650USD. Some days later a email arives in my inbox. It says:

when i can't track my shoes in a week i begin to question the website. When i re-read the email i begin to think its suspicious - "lets continue with next order". when i write several emails without a reply and it becomes almost a month, somehow i know i have lost my money.

So my question is.... Has anyone else ever had run in with a fraudulent or fake website? If so what did you do... are there any options for me to pursue or is my hard earned money all theirs?:angry: :fury:

bout 2 years ago..i tried buying the 6hour video thing for 2pac..off this website. and i thought it was so rare i purchased 2..for a total of 100usd. and after that i never got my tapes. ever since then i re-read everything and anything if i purchase shit online. and if its not a namebrand store or a huge thing..i dont buy it from them.

why the fuck were you trying to buy 18 pairs of shoes? but no, the only sites I shop at are trusted ones such as amazon or well known store or company websites. I do not trust companies like that place with my credit card information.

As for what action you should take, first I would contact my bank or credit card provider. From there I am sure you can take some sort of legal action and also file a claim with the better business bureau

That half the words on the order page are misspelled should have told you this was unprofessional and possibly a scam. How did you pay? Cash, check, money order? That could have easily been a scam to get your banking or credit card info, and it might have been worse.

And there is something you can do. It might not get your money back, but it could shut them down and maybe get them arrested. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. You can do it at their site, Consumer Sentinel: http://www.consumer.gov/sentinel/ On the left side, click "file a complaint" button.

Sorry to say this dude but youre an idiot. It's a shitty website and a obvious fake. 1) Look at their preferred payment. No company will only take western union. 2) Look at what the webmaster wrote here:

Minimum Order:

Else minmum quantity is 48pairs/style/color.
and just need more 1 week to produce.
1-3pair shoes every color for Sample is acceptable.

Now what the fuck did this fucktard just say? "If you request shoes, we have stock." The fuck, its like saying, "I have mouth, me sucky sucky." You know english is not his native language. 3) He has links to other websites. No company would even put competitors wedsites on theirs. 4) No real businesses have a hotmail account, it should end with their websites name ala webmaster@nikeshoeshop.com.

Feel sorry for you man - with the tapes... I Did kinda think it was strange but i have bought from other types of dodgey shoe stores on the net. These were just cheapper. If anyone wants shoes this cheap i have proper hook up i have already bought over 100 pairs (to sell of course). The only reason i went to this other site is that they offered better prices.
