Foxy Brown has been accused of stealing two belts worth $400 from New York clothing store Limpasse.

Brown apparently made off with the accessories after learning that her lingerie, which was in the store for alterations, was not ready. She then put a gold rhinestone belt in her bag and walked out with another in her hand.

The owner of the store, Tony Khayat, attributed the incident to “diva behaviour.”

Additionally, on August 28th, Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting two nail salon workers but after doing so, she tried to change her plea; a request that was denied by the judge.

Brown said “I’m innocent in this case”. Judge Melissa Jackson directed her to lodge a motion with the court before October 23rd if she wanted to withdraw her plea.

Brown may or may not alter her plea as she was informed of her punishment but not formally sentenced. October 23rd will see her commence three years of probation, regular dreg testing and anger management classes.
