I hate this question. Define 'live'.
Birmingham...and very loosely, Oregon and California. It's questionable since I obviously wasn't a resident BUT I did spent large amounts of time in those places, (at least 7 months total in OR) in living situations as opposed to vacation situations - i.e doing everyday stuff like living in a rented apartment, hanging out with friends, going to the grocery store. etc.

Family Guy, The Simpsons, That 80's show, Neighbours

Four places you have been on holiday:
Vegas, Greece, San Francisco, France (been to a lot more places to play gigs but i don't count those as holidays)
