Those are the two shows I'll be looking out for, though the Family Guy and Office spin-offs are interesting too.

I seriously believe the Family Guy spinoff The Cleveland Show is a joke, it'll probably be a "show" for like 5 minutes then they actually go into a new episode of Family Guy.

I do want to check out the Office spinoff, especially when I find out who's in it.
