After weeks of 'is she or isn't she?' TMZ and InTouch magazine report that they have confirmation that Nicole Richie is pregnant. She has been dating Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden (aka Hilary Duff's ex) for more than six months and the latest rumour is that the pair will marry this summer.

Nicole is currently facing DUI charges as a result of driving down the wrong way on a California highway.
