Film & TV Favourite villains of the small screen

Inspired by the man in my avatar, the very evil Gabriel Sylar, who are some of your favourite TV villains?

Other than Mr. Sylar, I can pick about half a dozen from Buffy.

Spike and Drusilla, the Sid and Nancy of the vampire world, from Season 2. I preferred Spike later on, even when he became a comedy character, but he was still a pretty bad-ass bad guy. Before I saw him as Mal Reynolds on Firefly, Nathan Fillion was awesome as evil preacher Caleb from Season 7. The Mayor from Season 3 was great too, just because he was so...nice.

Ben Linus from LOST is another great TV villain. Very, very creepy.

Vern Schillinger from Oz, he was a scary man. also Stringer Bell from the wire was a very cool bad guy.

i always though Llionel (sp?) Luthor was the coolest in Smallville, badguy wise. now DONT SPOIL SHIT FOR ME because i stopped watching after a few episodes of season 4 and i will pick it back up but not yet SO DONT TELL ME IF LEX TURNS BAD OR WHAT HAPPENS YOU SON OF A COCK. Thanks
