^ I dont really get what you are saying. But there could never be a law restricting people from interaction, coz let's face it that is what it would be. People cause emotional damage to others.... the thing is, people should have the strength and self-control to withstand it. There are leniencies in the law if people are driven to commit crime on account of the behaviour of others, for instance self-defence, necessity, duress, plus crimes of incitement (in Australia at least).

I mean not a restriction, more an awareness as to our feelings as human beings. It's like no one cares about what other people feel, and that is what drives us most of the time (metaphorically speaking).
There should at least be some kind of protection for how people get treated in society, material things aside. And things like the above wouldn't be neccessary.

And that's where we leave the Black Sheep, a cast out. Left in solitude and not accepted as an equal.

Ok, I understand what you are saying now. But, this is not something the law can change. If people are damaging others emotionally, this is a social problem. Prosecution and punnishment won't solve this because by then the problem is so deeply ingrained into a person's personality, that it is too late. So rather than race to the legislature to provide another bandaid solution, we need to reinforce the values of kindness, equality and social inclusion in the communities that we live, grassroots level - teach and show these values to children to fix the problem before it eventuates.
