i think my DVD drive on my comp is a DVD-R and so therefore, i guess i cant use DVD+R formatted discs??? is it possible for me to do that though??? maybe dl soemthing??? i dunno, im just going out on a limb here nad askign this, cuz i cant find any DVD-Rs...are they obsolete now, so they arent sold anymorE?

if your drive doesn't support them they won't work, you can't download anything. im sure you could find some dvd-r's at your local bestbuy/circuit city. also heres a good site with information and the differences between the 2:
