Very safe. I know a few that have gotten it. If you really hate wearing glasses, and contacts. It is your best solution.

I hate contacts cause my eyes are sensitive, so I might be looking into Lasik in the very near future.

Yeah? I don't know anyone who has gotten it and the idea scares me.. but i'm sick of glasses. Plus there's a piercing I want that glasses are prohibiting me from getting lol

Yup, it's usually done within a few hours. See your optometrist and he'll probably refer you to some specialists to take a few retina tests, and thensome, then if all is healthy with your eyes, you're good to go.

I have to admit though, the process is kinda disturbing, but if you can hype yourself up and go through with it, it's worth it.

You can check on youtube people that have had their 'surgery' taped. Unless it was taken off, but I don't think it was. lol
