I have XM and xl Raw = great for brand new music that hasn't even hit the net yet.

PS: fun fact...XM has two satellites, one on the west coast and one on the east coast called Rock and Roll.

nope,but my dad has xm. he really seems to like it since he listens to alot of a.m. talk radio (i do too). anyone that listens to a.m. or has tried to find a good signal on a.m. knows it sucks ass.

it's alright. just depends on the user. i would rather juts hook my ipod into my car stereo, pick a play list and put it on random play. to me its like listening to the radio only i know i will hear what i like with no dj's that have no clue about what is going on in the hip hop world.

The only reason I would want sirius is for stern. Other than that I never listen to the radio EVER. I just listen to cd's.

All I listen to on regular radio is talk. There's good talk radio on FM, too. Don & Mike Show :thumb:

From what I understand, there are few differences between the two.

XM has been around awhile longer and has a bit more channels.
XM has 6 million listeners.
Sirius has 2-3 million listeners.
Sirius has Howard Stern.
Sirius has Eminem.
XM has more hip-hop stations than Sirius.
Sirius carries the NFL and the NBA.
XM does not carry NFL nor the NBA, but carries every other sport and has 3 ESPN Channels.

The only reason I'd ever want Sirius is because they carry the NBA. However, rumor has it that XM is looking to pick up both of those with a heavy contract.
