I don't think it's about being real. However, you guys don't know me personally, or anyone I may post about, i.e. my boyfriend. So it's kind of confidential. However, if my friends posted here, they'd find out a lot more about me and/or him than necessary. I have to see them, hang out with them, etc, so I don't want them to know more than what's required of my life. Here, I can say what I want because at the end of the day... all I have to do is hit "log off" and it all goes away. I don't think it has anything to do with being "real".
