If yes, to whom have you given them so far? Personally, I haven't given one out yet, simply because I don't know what's neg-worthy. If I disagree with somebody's post, do I neg-rep them? If I think their opinion is stupid, do I neg-rep them? After all, this board is built on respecting opinions, no?
