well, let's wait for bobby to clear things up. By saying a couple of weeks I didn't mean 2 weeks....but .... he doesn't have to start now for something that's supposed 2 happen in 2010.

^^i wasnt sure what you were asking at first lol. Yea it is a bachelor degree and i know 2010 is along way off yet but they want us to know what subject we are going to do it on by the end of this month and to explain why we picked this subject.

I assume your topic has to relate to construction management. I don't know how extensive your education is in Construction Management, but your topic should draw on frameworks you learned about, right? But, I guess not, since they want to know your topic by the end of the month and you still have 2 years of studying to do?

Anyway, I suggest you look into doing something regarding the environment and construction management. The big trend nowadays is to "go green" with buildings. Build to consume less energy, build to be efficient, bla bla.
