desperately need help plz

i'm pretty sure this isn't the right forum to post this but i won't get any replies anywhere else....but what i need help with is on how i would rip a song from a cd on media player then be able to post it here on 2pacboard on the street hop forum so that other people can listnen to it....i would really appreciate it if someone can help me and explain to me how to do it step by step. And is there any other way to send it with out YOUSENDIT.COM PLZ HELP SOMEBODY!

After you have ripped the song go to rapidshare.de and upload the song from the "My Music" folder then paste the link here.

A few minutes, it depends on the size of the file in question.
