Just a suggestion (dunno if its already been brought up). Wondering if you could change the board so that the first post in each thread is seen at the top of the first page instead of the bottom of the last page. I think that would make things significantly better. Peace.

That is the way the board is set out normally, I don't know why yours is different.

User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display Mode: Linear - Oldest First.
