I need help on cutting weight, current like im like 216lbs, im gonna try to go down to 204 and if i aint satisfied with that weight im gonna go down 175, i just need the right exersies, i know running and jogging is vital, but what about the food aspect.
so far its Yogurt and protien shake for breakfast, jogging, bodyweight exercises, school, come home, jogging, weights, eating(rice lean chicken), homework, sleep, then repeat the next day.
can anyone tell me if theres any like things that i can improve on in that list.
