Cutting Weight

I need help on cutting weight, current like im like 216lbs, im gonna try to go down to 204 and if i aint satisfied with that weight im gonna go down 175, i just need the right exersies, i know running and jogging is vital, but what about the food aspect.

so far its Yogurt and protien shake for breakfast, jogging, bodyweight exercises, school, come home, jogging, weights, eating(rice lean chicken), homework, sleep, then repeat the next day.

can anyone tell me if theres any like things that i can improve on in that list.
 
how tall are you? because that dictates what your "normal" weight should be, hence, determining what types of exercises and activities you should perform.

5'8, but i aint doing it for it just to look good, its more for sport.

you can loose 20lbs in one day from a sauna? wow wtf!? i don't think that much is possible. Everybody would be in the saunas.

Hey, do what my wrestling buddies do: skip lunch time, go somewhere a treadmill is available and turn up the heat in the room while wearing 6 pounds of clothing. This is hella fast, but may not be too healthy cuz one of my friends wound up not being able to sweat actual water, but more like blood and piss. Whatever though, that works.

If that doesn't help, then try the 7 meal plan that I'm on:
1. Protein shake
2. Somewhere between breakfast and lunch eat a piece of fruit
3. For lunch, make a "super sandwich" which consists of turkey, tomato, lettuce, and MAYBE some cheese for a little taste. NO MAYO
4. Between your workout and lunch, have piece of fruit
5. After working out, get some protein in your system via a shake and/or a power bar
6. Have a well-balanced dinner i.e. some meat (fist sized) and some vegetables
7. Protein shake two hours before you hit the sack.
Within 3 weeks you'll notice a difference if you don't snack in between and if you exercise the right way. If you don't see results, hop into a room that's 85 degrees and hit the treadmill :thumb:
