Technology ctrl alt delete

when i press ctrl alt delete the box doesnt come up... is there another way to get this box??

If your computer is like mine, right click the time and go to Task Manager.

Right click anywhere on the taskbar. But, since you're having this problem, do a virus scan, this can be caused by a virus.
