Cruises..

I was thinking on going for a cruise from Mombasa to Cape Town on my way the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. One look at the cost and I thought, maybe another lifetime. For now, its the airplane for me.

Cruises sure look like a worthwhile experience judging from the pictures.

Don't be. SiGh is talking about big balla status....
apparently, none of us really are.

Cruises are hella cheap, you can find them from real low..and pretty good ones starting at like 500 a person.

Oh yeah, also... don't get a normal cabin room. It looks like a mental ward holding chamber.

Get someone with a window, balony, etc. At least to get something with somekind of natural light in there.

A cruise lasts for a day, and u just said....$500.

^A cruise does NOT last for a day...it's usually a week or longer.

There are shorter ones, but those don't cost as much.
500 a week, with all food and entertainment paid for? That's cheap.

Minus liquor and gambling.

I think cruises are nice if you're going to visit islands and such. Or going to your destination.

But I do know some people that go on cruises but don't go anywhere. That sucks.
