Technology Creating a Bootup Disk?

I remember in Windows 98 , there was a way 2 create a bootup disk......i barely remember the path 2 that, but i've looked all over (at least i think i did) Windows XP and i don't see any kind of option like that. Is there a way?

Windows XP boots off the cd. It doesnt need one. But all you would do is right click on 3.5 inch floppy icon, format, make bootcd. Ive never tried in XP tho cause I dont use a floppy drive.
