let me ask you guys a question this is a question for people who have street smarts and are smart in general so dont think im tryin to act all hood n shit... neways if u live on a block u know the crack game is fast n it fucks people up.... have ne of u started dealin for the reason that if they dont get it from you they will get it from someone else so u might aswell make money or is it jus everyone else is doin it ( i kno nuff of ur are gonna say we do this for money but that aint always true niggas gotta feel like we good at something ) i mean on my block i watch these fiends n i feel bad for them but ithink its there own stupidness i gave one a black eye cuz he came wit his money n i hear his kids got no diapers n he wanna get crack it destroys the users life n people around them...so is it normal that im feelin guilty even tho i dont even pull in as much as some of these niggas im smalltime but the extra money has been helpin but the guilt is overwhelmin...

The more people that stop, the better. You know first-hand that crack is a serious problem. You may not change the world, but you're doing something for the better. I don't want to lecture you, but people will continue to use cocaine as long as it is supplied. If you cut off the supplier, crack-addicts won't have anywhere to go to.

Know what I am saying? I am not from the hood, and I don't deal drugs, but I try to learn as much about Pablo Escobar as I can, and I've seen how bad things can get.

If you can, find some other way to make money. I know its not that easy, espechially for the inner-city, but there's gotta be a better life. Think of it like this, you will never become a big-time cocaine dealer that has all the money in the world, so let go if it, and find something else.

If you are a great dealer, you may very well become a succesful business man. After all, there are a number of things you learn from dealing that you can use in business. Street smarts is very important in business.

Crazy idea - Maybe things aren't as easy for him as it is for us. I don't know what the hood is like, but I am sure finding a job is not that easy. I live in the suburbs, and I sent out many resumes, and pretty much went everywhere...no luck, eventhough there are so many jobs.

Also, did you consider his past experiences? Maybe he doesn't have a lot to go on.

MX Red, you could have been more patient and understanding of the situation.
 
True enough, maybe he cant get a job...but crack aint the only drug u can sell, crack is a fuck of a drug - sell weed, sell fucking powder cocaine let them cook the shit up.


But i do take your point, maybe i could have been a bit more understanding - but he asked if he should quit...dont expect me to give sympathy to him...that line about him doing it so that 'niggers' feel they are good at something is total bullshit. He is putting the rest of his people down by making his struggle the same as everyone else, i bet if he put his mind to it he could be a really good dust-bin man...but he wouldnt do that cause of the cash, its all about the money - at least be honest about it.

Snuffelz, look you have to make the choice between morality and money - personally i dont dissagree with what u said...if u dont do it, someone else will...thats all well and good. But mate this is your choice, u have to live with yourself - you are making money off others suffering - which by the way u cant help, they ask u for the shit, u dont push it - but then to ask us whether we think you should quit - fuck dude, of course...i understand your situation, and dont have remorse towards you for doing it - but also i have no sympathy. i dont use crack incriminate myself if u got nothing better to do then to snitch on me go ahead im not shook this isnt a game n i dont usually talk to neone about this i know like i found out my boys dads a head n shit im debating to tell him cuz we were close we aint now n naw i aint 13 im 17 n i got 1 kid a younger brother n a sister i dont live in gangsta ass territory.. hjust a area where a lot of users frequent. so if u feel like i wasted ur time asking then sorry close the thread i already got a idea what u think

oh n about the job thing.. ive had jobs ive got a job interview tonite im just not social in person i only say what needs to be sed in person so its bin hard finding jobs i can adapt to

i use to be a dealer in another life, but i've fucked over t oo many families selling that shit, here where i live ain't shit to do but slang or bang or get drunk. U are as bad for selling it. This shit ain't a joke even though most kids get in it for the easy money cuz there too scared to work for a living, man up, take care of your bizzness, patna.
 
Someone who used to be a friend of mine, started using crack and it has completely fucked his life up, I watched him go from what he was to what he is now, and we aint friends no more because of it,
I can understand that you need dollars but you should really think about what this shit does to people....... It aint worth it, when you sell that shit to people it's like your commiting manslaughter
Think what you would do if you found out someone was selling crack to your son or your brother or sister
