Technology Coverting ACC to MP3

alrite i need some help does any one know how to convert the ITUNES Music format to MP3???

you can do it within itunes of course... look under prefs, importing. then select whatever you need in your library and convert away. aac (mp4) is supposed to be better than mp3, however.
