Technology COOL EDIT PRO help please!

Hi im pretty new to COOL EDIT PRO. im got the hang of ot, but i just can't learn how to slow down the tempo of a wavetrack. lets say i have 4 tracks in a multisession, and i only wanna slow donw one of them. please hlep me, i tried the actual HELP but it didnt work.
