I don't enjoy my cooking that much anymore, because I do that much of it I guess. I like being cooked for - takeaways, restaurants etc. Somehow I can never get my chinese dishes to taste anything as good as a good takeaway - although I seem to have got my chow mein and spare ribs down to a tee.
I'd say the ultimate test to determine if you have any real cooking skills, is if you can cook a really good steak to a persons liking.
