I'm lookin for computers and I always see two different memory capacitys... it will always be like "250 GB and 512 MB SDRAM memory" or something like that. Can somebody explain what this shit means? :(

I'd guess the 250GB is the size of the HD

And 512 MB SD RAM is the amount of RAM.


The more RAM the quicker the PC. (Dependant on processor)
The larger the HD, the more shit mp3's you can store.
 
yea RAM also helps for multi tasking....or rather, if you have alot of applications or programs running at the same time.

Every program or application takes up a certain amount of virtual memory (RAM).
