I like Coldplay but "amazing" is usually not a word I link to them. How does the album compare to their others?

i have the album, too, and i think it's pretty good. i never liked their old stuff; i've only heard the singles so i can't compare albums. i think this one's really good, though.

It's a different sound. It's their 'experimental' album so to say.

To be honest, I never liked their older stuff. The only reason I checked this out is when this pal of mine told me it's worth checking out, and knowing her it isn't the kind of music she listens to. So if she could like it, maybe there was hope for me.

I gave it a go, and I really really enjoy the album. Maybe 2-3 songs I'm not that crazy about.

^For me it's the opposite.

I like their previous work better than this but this was worth listening to nonetheless. I think if you liked the old albums you are going to be disappointed in comparison.

i like their new album it's kinda diff. from their other ones imo
