I have been using cdex for years. Simple, easy and free.

CDex sucks, it doesnt put 01 for a track it puts 1, which means the order goes 1., 10., 11....., 19., 2., 21...

It blows, how hard is it to get it right?!

I use a little somthing called (ISO Buster). It will rip any cd including the bad ones. Its free functionality is more than enough
