so what's the deal with him...this is the second thread i made about him since he's been locked up...but he's one of my favorite rappers so i'm curious to know if he's been given a court date or if they let him out on bail or not.

and also does anyone know how well his album did...did it even go platinum yet?

he got arrested on 1st degree murder, then unarrested, then arrested again. now hes awaiting trial:

Cassidy's murder trial is set to begin on January 18, according to the rapper's attorney, Fortunato Perri Jr. Cassidy has been incarcerated in a Philadelphia prison ever since turning himself over to police there on June 17; he was charged with the first-degree murder of 22-year-old Desmond Hawkins and the attempted murders of two other men, both charges stemming from the same April 15 shooting incident.
