what are your thoughts? It seems faster than firefox, not faster than safari. I like the way the downloads line up on the bottom though.

I haven't failed you. There's actually a good reason I didn't post it yet.

And that is - the official Mac release of Chrome doesn't yet support extensions (although I believe that the developer version, Chromium does)

You need extensions for the full Chrome experience.

Try this version:

Early Access Release Channels (The Chromium Projects)

Get the Dev Channel Mac version....

Then have a read of this in order to enable the extensions:

All extensions can be found at http://chrome.google.com/extensions - personally I use Gmail checker, Google Wave Notifier, Google Reader, XMarks Bookmark Sync, AdBlockPlus...and you MUST check out Beautify Facebook if you're a Facebook user, it makes Facebook UI look like this:
