It came out to video. You can find it at Videotron or Blockbuster dude, but don't waste your money on it. It isn't worth it....

Yeah i know, i read both of em years ago, i just got confused which was which lol. Both good books tho, anyone who liked the movie should read the books as well:thumb: After the first movie came out tho, they rereleased the 2 books as one

rise to power didnt really show shyt.. didnt show how he went to prison or nothing... it was an ok movie it should of and could have been way better

Rise To Power is the biggest pile of shit ever. That's what you get when you let a a shitty producer direct a movie, even a tv series has a better script.

Plus they even made Luis Guzman play a different role from the original... it's fucking wack.
