I didn't post this in Words of Wisdom so lets not turn it into another discussion on the usage of nigga. We've had too many of those. It most definately will though and I should've just asked him in a PM so I'll close this.

To bigmack: if you feel like replying shoot me a PM. This thread wasn't an accusation of any sort, I'm just curious why you, as an Arab, use the word.

well most of the people i talk to on the net,and %90 of them arent black use it, but anyways

i guess i dont really have a good enough reason to back up why i use it,but what i can say is i dont mean any disrespect while using it. if anyone finds it disrespect just let me know. i guess i can use a diff word instead, like homie or whatever next time.

In my opinion, if you know not to say it to a persons face, you probably shouldn't say it to begin with. Obviously if you can't say it to someone's face, there's a problem with it, lol. I know alot of different people who say it. Whether they be black, latino, asian or white. I myself though, I don't say it.

well i guess these people use it cuz the people they talk to probably use it too and shit like that. but i bet in real life no one uses it like that,cuz of course the internet is different than real life. so basically saying shit over the net on boards really doesnt cause any problems.i'll give you an example as to why using it in real-life is not such a good idea.

I don't think words are necessarily offensive. I think you have to look at the intent behind them (like that one scene from "How High" when they call them hoes ). But I wouldn't go around using it because there are people who would be offended by it.

And not everyone on the net uses it.
