Everyone knows Bruce Lee was way ahead of the curve as far as his approach towards physical conditioning goes. I was wondering if anyone knew of any documentaries where he's working out and shit like that. I've seen a bunch of documentaries about him but nothing really showcasing what he did.
 
He used to do a lot of own body weight exercises, high reps to tone and condition for strength. He also had very low body fat.
 
Unfortunately, if there were any, they'd be everywhere like Arnolds.

His workouts were documented through books he did, or work out notes he was working out.

There are actual workouts he would do, but he didn't even put them down on paper yet, so they were lost.

His philosophies on not over-training, having proper form being better than more weight and all that is still relevant today.

This is his workout:

Clean & Press 2 8
Squats 2 12
Pullovers 2 8
Bench Presses 2 6
Good Mornings 2 8
Barbell Curls 2 8
It's funny that he only did 2, and modern society says to do 3.

I know the training he did and shit. I've read that book. I'm just looking for footage. It's just crazy watching him do certain shit, like lifted v ups for minutes. Seeing the focus and determination he used is just crazy, its just cool shit to watch
