Im after some cool books to read, emphasis on cool, stories. Something easy and cool, maybe something urban, or actionish? No corny dragon fantasy ish, Im after a good modern or future story thats COOL.

if you haven't read Nineteen Eighty Four i would suggest that. Animal Farm was also pretty good, easier to understand than 1984.

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time by Mark Haddon.

It's the only whole book I read in the past three years (finished it in nine hours).

Let me put it this way, Im after a blockbuster of a book. Doesnt need to be smart, or deep, I just want an easy read thats going to entertain me.

Zoo by Graham Marks sounds like something you might be interested in.

Have you read Catcher In The Rye? The Godfather Returns? The Sicilian?

See Dog Run was definitely a classic in book (no pun)....

but anything by kurt vonnegut is pretty good and has that futuristic element to it....

a somewhat short book that honestly was inspiring was The Prophet by Gibran.. i forget his first name, but its def. one of my fav. books of all time

What about James Patterson books ? There not the hardest books to read but will usually keep you entertained.

I just got done reading Blood Work by Michael Connelly. Crazy story with twists throughout. It's about murders, murderers, retired FBI agenst, organ donors, boats, and cool shit. haha just read it its tight.
