well i'm not much of a Pats fan myself, but considering how well Brady is playing (despite the whipping from the Colts Sunday) and the way players like Maroney are stepping up and helping them win games, i just can't rank them any lower than that. SD and Baltimore are both good teams, tho, it ws a tough call to rank the Pats higher.
