Sorry I disappeared. Decided to go offline for a week and then randomly flew to Thailand for some sun, beach, snorkeling and training.

Was awesome. Didnt do the tourist spots at all... Ok I lie..... We went to Bangla Road one Saturday night, but after doing a bucks night there in April it hardly seemed fun anymore lol.

Sat my ass on a beach, did one day in Old Phuket Town, went snorkeling and trained Muay Thai that's about it.

Thailand was awesome. I trained every day for three hours and then sat on the beach and ate like a king.
