Artists who worship the devil

People say some artists are devil worshippers.

To name a few ive heard of:

Madonna, Michael Jackson, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Lil' Wayne.

Some people say hip hop is the devil's music.

Has anyone got songs which are reversed say something wierd?

Just been curious lately and been interested in this topic, wondering what other people have heard of.

The reverse sounds you speak of, it's called backmasking.

Prince was a known backmasker back in the day.

In fact, one of his songs in particular, 'Darling Nikki' from the Purple Rain soundtrack, has a backmask in it, that when played backwards says "Hello, how are you, I am fine for I know that the Lord is coming soon....ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah".

That very same "ah ah ah" part was sampled by DJ Quik and became the beat for 2Pac's "Heartz Of Men".

LaVeyan Satanists (like the Church of Satan) don't worship Satan/the devil. They don't believe in the devil, they're atheists. "Satan" is used symbolically. So no, Marilyn Manson doesn't worship the devil.

Theistic Satanists actually believe in and worship the devil. But that just makes them heretical Christians, really.

Art deals with forms, concepts, and styles. The good thing about art is that it breaks down and transcends barriers between different subjects. Yes there are artists that incorporate the devil, sin/sinning into their art, but that will not be its main or only subject. Like I said, art tends to blend different/multiple concepts into one. That is the essence of art. Take Madonna's Like a prayer song for example, there is a clear inference to both prayer and sin.

Says who? The Bible? Hardly a objective account, is it?

And if you've read the bible, surely you don't consider all of the biblical God's actions to be good? He advocates a lot of violence. It's not hard to see why some people might believe in the Christian God but not agree with Christianity.
