^^well i was told about 3 months ago that i was going to be made a moderator in the sports section. it still hasnt happened.

Woods didn't forget - he just simply doesn't know how to do it. Rukas can't appoint mods, only Caesar and Woody can. So either Rukas has to show Woods how, or you're better off contacting Caesar.

I'm a mod in the Art of War, Open Mic. and The movie section. The first two are pretty much dead so my only modding would have to be in the movie section which...isn't really in need of modding anyway.
