they are two different tattoes on two different poeple, one is on their hip, & the other is another persons arm...i cant read it...but i can see that they say different things..so u guys think they say "with hard times there is easy times"? - which one? they are different arn't they ?

of course it's written incorrectly. it was written by a person who is unfamiliar with the language most likely. the person was probably high too.

just goes to prove my point again. getting a tattoo in a language you can't read is not a good idea.
