Technology Another Problem

I'm on AOL Broadband & recently I've had a problem getting on the internet.

When I go to Sign On sometimes I don't get connected to the internet & it says 'failed attempt' or something to that effect.

Also, a seperate screen comes up with an error code. (The code is 24-00-41-014 btw.)

Can anybody tell me what's wrong & how to fix it?

I don't know how to solve your problem.

But I suggest you ditch AOL, it is the biggest pile of shit going.

Can you tell us what specifically it told you Calc. I just want to research it so I can give you more of a definite answer.

I know you already ran adware and a virus program right? If not do it under safe mode.

Yeah, I run shit on the computer every single day & block anything suspicious.

There isn't really any more to give than the code.....

I don't like to discuss shit with AOL.........I have been advised against giving them details about shit before.

^^ yea true,dont give em any info.

it could be a problem with their login server,so basically u cant do shit about it. since sometimes this problem occurs, its most likely nothing wrong on your end,or else it would never sign in,and thats when ud have the problem.
