Amanda Knox guilty of Meredith Kercher murder

I understand if people say there wasn't enough evidence to convict her beyond a reasonable doubt. But I don't understand how people can claim she's innocent when all her actions show otherwise.

If she was coerced into writing the memorandum, her lawyers should have been able to throw it out IF they threw out the verbal confession. Why did the memorandum hold?

I'm saying she's innocent of the crime of which she has been convicted for. Nothing points to her being the ACTUAL killer, unlike Rudy Guede. Accomplice? Accessory? Maybe both. Murderer, I don't think so.

There were conflicting opinions given by forensic experts, but one did claim that marks on her throat and body indicate there was more than one assailant.

Fair enough, though. I'm not going to argue that. I wholeheartedly think she's guilty of something.

More than one assailant - Rudy Guede and Rafael Sollecito most likely. Still, no DNA found on her of anyone but Rudy which is the most important thing to keep in mind.

Her smug and self-satisfied face these two years tells me she's guilty. That and her upcoming book, "Am I My Sister's Keeper?"
