At first, I was thinking they are somehow stripping the clothes, b/c it looked like the clothes were getting smaller, but as time progressed, the clothes got longer. So I have NO idea.

I think I remember reading that she is just wearing one dress that clips at the shoulders, she unclips it while behind the screen or what not and it drops to form a new dress. Im not saying drops as in removing it but it kinda opens up like a book. I think that make sense.

You can see it happen @ 0:57 and you see in this instance the dude unclips it.

anyway, on an old episode of the twilight zone and on an old ducktales episode, there was this watch that stopped time and the holder could do whatever they wanted and it would seem instantaneous to everyone else. i now believe that this watch exists. those people fucked with me big time.
