After every flight, Qantas pilots fill out a form, called a "gripe sheet," which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft. The mechanics correct the problems; document their repairs on the form, and then pilots review the gripe sheets before the next flight.

I thought it was stupid but incredibly funny. Loved the midget joke. Snopes has it as these jokes being circulated through email in 1997. There are some more, but is it fake or real? Snopes doesn't really say since some of them are real while others are fake.
