a question about the democratic shootout

well it certainly seems like the Obama/Clinton battle will continue on and on for a while, at least to the convention. one question i've been surprised hasn't really been brought up a lot is this: if Barack gets the democratic nom, do you think Hillary would agree to be his running mate? or if the unthinkable happens and Hillary pulls it out, would Obama be hers? they have both been asked this and both essentially avoided the question, but it's an interesting one to me. what do you guys think?

Hilary extended an invitation to Obama a while back, and of course the Obama camp laughed it off because Obama is leading in delegates. Anyway, I think both candidates have too much pride to stoop that low; all vice presidents really do is get ordered to go to places that the presidents don't wish to appear in, because of a Lost episode on TV that night or something.

well someone should tell that to Dick Cheney. he's been more involved in the Bush Administration than Bush is, he's basically been the one running the show the past 8 years. but if you don't think either would back the other's plate, who do you think they would pick to be their running mates?
