That should be all you need, the police got the false info and you got all the info you need to prove who he is, im not sure how you would go after him and who you would contact but you have all you need to prove your case, id hire a lawer if you can and if you cant do that then look up your state laws online and study up on that yourself and then nail his ass once you find out what to do
