You can see something that looks like physical buttons at the bottom of that picture.
Looks a bit like a HTC-ish Motorola - something in between lol. However it's probably neither of them since these icons look different from those that they use.

edit: my mistake, these are probably just icons that belong to some program as that area on the bottom of that picture is most probably still on phone's display, not below it.
Yeah, that's what the iPod Touch/ iPhone menu look like. I have an iPod Touch, it looks very familiar. Unless there is an Android app that turns the music player interface into that of the iPhone's.

Here is my iPod. http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/4779/97032918.jpg

Does anyone have any info on this efuse thing Moto has put out on the Droid X and soon the Droid 2? I know it has been rooted but no custom ROMs or it bricks it....or something. Is there any hope of eventually cracking this? I just feel that in this world, no factory-installed protection is good enough. Hackers will always find a way.

lol that is a blatant direct shot at apple. i hope many, many people see this.

i just dont get how people can see past the antenna problems and still want the iphone 4 so bad - i bet they think that the problem is not that bad. trust me, the smallest of problems becomes the biggest of burdens. i had the force close errors which seriously hindered functionality. at least that was a software issue solved by wiping and flashing another rom, unlike hardware where its pretty much stuck as it is...

Cool and all but I hate the fact that these "small" smartphones are not really small - they only have smaller displays. I'd be really cool if they finally made a mid-end smaller smartphone.
Also, I think that 3,2 inch display is the smallest they should make.

I understand that they want to make the statement claiming "you are using a lower end phone that is all around worse than our flagship models it's meant to resemble in a cheap way" but hey. They should change their strategies.
For example it's really retarded that the HTC Wildfire looks exactly like Desire just with a smaller display despite having inferior (and less) hardware inside. These phones really look silly.

Their product design department needs an overhaul. But they aren't the only ones. I think most manufacturers are running out of innovative designs. Motorola tends to keep the design similar, but they still look good. Or conservative, not flamboyantly flashy and gay.

Yeah personally I think that Samsung's design team does a great job but I know that some people here don't like them.
I think most things they create - from TVs to mobile phones look really great.

Ever since you explained that Samsung makes superior CPUs, and even better GPUs, I can't imagine getting anything but them. I saw a comparo on a forum with a DInc and the Vibrant and the photo quality. I figured the camera was superior but the GPU allowed there to be a much better quality display of the colors when viewed on the phone.

I think pretty much all the main Android hardware manufacturers have the same ratio of good looking and terrible hardware.

For example, with HTC, I love the designs of the G1, HTC Desire, Nexus One and Evo. But they do have some terrible designs also. I don't much like the Incredible or Eris designs.

Motorola did a great job with the Droid and Droid-X. But the Devour and Cliq are just horrible.

Samsung - Galaxy S is nice. Original Galaxy and Spica are just dull looking to me.

LG -Optimus Q looks awesome, but most of their other devices don't look great to me.

I used to think that have a balance between size and ergonomics/appearance. The Eris looked like shit. It looked like a turd. A simple turd. But I miss the trackball that the Droid doesn't have. During texting, that is remedied by touching the general area I want to correct and using the d-pad.

casey, remember my friend who was considering which phone to get... she went with the HTC Wildfire instead of the Desire after all.
Why? It has to be one of the worst Android phones out there. With 320x240 screen resolution lmao.
Here you can buy 3 Wildfires for the price of 1 Desire.

I'm so tempted to call up T-Mobile and get myself a Galaxy S right now..... must resist temptation. I just got home from my Canada tour and the guy sitting next to me on the flight back had one.....it was nice as hell.

btw, Sandeep. Samsung have said no Galaxy S Pro for Europe.

i guess we'll have to settle for the Samsung Galaxy Q (the lite version of the phone).

i'll keep tabs on other phones, but samsung galaxy s is my no. 1 choice for touchscreen only... unless another phone comes out which i want more than the galaxy s and has a keyboard.

otherwise i'll see what happens... maybe enter a few galaxy s pro competitions and win one... who knows?

It actually sounds like Galaxy S with a meh 3 inch display and qwerty. I don't think it'll sell well.
