Well he hasn't been a saint ever in his career, from wearing a Man Utd shirt during a Corinthinos press conference to shaking his head everytime he gets subbed off, he did it at West Ham also.

He feels underappreiciated by the club, I have some sympathy for him, hes a good player, sad to see him go, but hopefully now we can get in a real goalscorer.

^^but has he been?

In fairness he played most games the season before last. and played alot of games last season. He was actually quite poor imo up until the last few games. His goalscoring record isnt that good either. 19 goals in 63 games.

At the start of the season I felt he had been, remember how good he was against Portsmouth and Zenit? he was our best player by a country mile, then out of nowhere he gets dropped because we sign Berbatov. Thats what probably irks him, after that his form was up and down, if he was given a consistant role like the season before I'm sure he would be alot better.

He had 18 starts this season in the league, in total in all competitions he still managed to outscore Berbatov.

I think thats why many people believe he was under-appreiciated, he was a vital part of our League/Champions League side, and got dropped cos we signed Berbatov.

I think what I appreciate the most about Tevez is his work rate. So, maybe he doesn't score 18+ league goals a season but when he does score its an amazing thing to watch. Its such a good thing when he is on the pitch, he was like an extra lift that the team needed. I mean, just look how Old Trafford reacted when he scored that goal against City. I guess with the complexity of his contract/ownership getting him a new contract was always going to be a long process.

I don't know what Fergie intends to do now but he'll have it under control by the time the season starts as usual. Either way, he knows he has a lot to do.

Transfers out United transfers that I didn't like (Beckham, Van Nistelrooy, Keano) were hard for me to get over. Seeing Ronaldo leave was a sigh of relief though he is a talented player. He needed to go though, he was so obsessed with playing for Real. With all the money he'll be earning, who wouldnt? I thought Ronaldo leaving meant Tevez was a keeper but with football, this is just how things go.

Man Utd have to replace Tevez and Ronaldo as well as improve their midfield that was destroyed by Barcelona and Liverpool maybe to lesser extent.

Id be happy if Liverpool held onto everyone. Maybe sell Dossena if cash is needed.

Villa sign 16 year old left winger Courtney Cameron from Northampton Town for an undisclosed fee.

also, looks like Barca might be interested in Ashley Young.

Google news states that Boro have quashed reports that villa are going to sign David Wheater.

Mick McCarthy wants to sign Zat Knight for Wolves.

Spurs may be interested in signing Nigel Reo-Coker.

Well, we need Hargreaves to be fit, hes so essential to our midfield.

Carrick/Anderson/Fletcher are good midfielders but Hargreaves imo brings alot more than those do.

But this guy will always be injured. Thats the problem. Otherwise we wouldnt have sold him in the first place.

Pranjic is at Bayern now on a 3 year deal. Transfer deal was about 7MIL Euros for Bayern, Pranjic paid 700 000 Euros of his own also apparently. They wanted 7.7MIL Bayern was only going to pay 7, and Pranjic apparently paid the other 700 000.

we also signed another youngster, Aaron King, today. We signed King and Jesus on the same day lol

Imagine if Sissoko was still at Liverpool and in a few years this Jesus kid breaks into the first team. We could have had Muhammad and Jesus in our team. lol

Liverpool agree estimated fee worth £17m with Portsmouth for Glenn Johnson.

Owen not ruling out moving to a club abroad.

Santa Cruz signs for city on a four year deal after completing a £18m move from Blackburn. (City have now already spent £30m).

Ronaldo says he passed his medical 'perfectly' at the Bernabeu.

17 million for Johnson is a lot but he is a good player.

but 18 million for Santa Cruz is just ridicolous. On his day he is a very good striker but he is just too injury prone to justify that kind of fee.

for Man City 18M is like 5M for Liverpool...

Speaking of the 'pool, good news D. Gillett sold the Canadiens hockey club for about 500-600M CAD, about 400M GBP.

Liverpool are not in financial troubles anymore :).

Also, Wolfsburg are apparently linked with Carlos Eduardo from Hoffenheim. Misimovic is apparently pissed and wants to leave Wolfsburg. Then again, Bild is a shit paper.

Bayern are such cheap pricks... Pranjic pays 700.000 out of his own damn pocket to play for them... 700.000 for Bayern was NOTHING.

Fuck your cheap ass club Sebastain.

Edit : LOL @ Sebastain!!! I ment Sebastian. sorry.
