The Obama Deception

#21
Do YOU? Shit like New World Order is 100% conspiracy theory. His other videos are about 9/11 and how the government did it, complete conspiracy theory.

This "have an open mind about it!" shit is dumb. There's a difference between having an open mind about something like nuclear power and conspiracy theories. It's like saying that the Flat Earth Society has good arguments and should be discussed in the scientific community.
You don't answer a question with a question. I'm not the one going around running my mouth about Conspiracy this, conspiracy that. I'm asking you, what exactly is a conspiracy? Do you believe in secret societies? Do you believe in the illuminati?

lol, did you know that the Church used to go around physically punishing people for not believing that the earth was the center of the universe? lol, think about the people that used to contradict that belief, and would say "keep an open mind about it! maybe the earth isn't the center of the universe!" It's the same thing happening now, except there's no physical punishment. There's just open vocal criticism about the people who refuse to believe that the government is 100% honest to its people.

^lol, how can you base your beliefs on something you don't know about? That's like Atheists who have no idea about religious views on God, and claim they refuse to believe in God, but don't have 1 clue on why people even believe in God. I'm Atheist, hence i don't believe in god, however, i have no problem with people confronting me and questioning my beliefs. Just as i have no problem with questioning the beliefs of people who believe in a diety.

lol, The Obama Deception. I heard about this a few weeks ago. Haven't watched it yet, but i will soon. Thanks for posting. Even if i refuse to believe what they say, i'll still watch just so i can gain a perspective on why these certain individuals would produce "The Obama Deception." The world doesn't revolve around a single perspective, especially in a nation like this.

Thanks again.
You're saying I shouldn't say I don't believe it without knowing the facts yet you just said you refuse to believe what they will say. Quit contradicting yourself. :)
Who said there was anything wrong with a 1 world government? lol.

One world government is run by the elite. So, all of us poor people are slaves. We are microchipped. We are closely watched. Etc. You should read Orwell's 1984 if you haven't yet. It should give you a good perspective on what a 1 world government is like. Here's the funny thing, it almost seems as if Orwell's novel is becoming a reality right before our eyes.
Great book 1984.

lol, i was talking about the documentary (Obama Deception). I don't have to believe everything they say, but that doesn't mean i shouldn't listen to what they have to say. I personally don't know if everything that is said in the documentary is true or not, but i'll still listen and maybe if i'm really interested in confirming their claims, i'll do some independent research, and research their points myself. I've seen Alex Jones documentaries before, i'm a supporter of Alex Jones on Infowars.com, so i know what his movies are about. I'm not pointless about what he's going to present in his movies.

My example was about Atheists who have never been involved with any religous groups, and yet they claim they don't believe in God. How can you possibly base your judgement on something you have absolutely no idea about? That's what i was saying on my example. If you read what i wrote, i clearly stated that i have no problem with questioning people's beliefs, just as i have no problem with people questioning mine. If i'm going to face the world, and use my 1st ammendment right while i STILL HAVE IT, why should i be afraid of a vocal critic? It's not to say that i don't know about religion, because i was a Christian at one point in my life. Well, i was forced to be a Christian and follow the Christian faith because my parents were, and still are, hardcore Christians. I just chose to follow a different path when i was old enough to realize that i shouldn't be forced into something i didn't want to do.

Hmmm, that kinda reminds me of Democracy that this country claims it's spreading in other countries. Democracy is like sex, when you force it on people... it's ugly.

I Like That Quote :)

Fuck politics, to me, they're all fucked up and have mastered the art of deception. All sides of the spectrum. There's no side of the story thats fully true. That's why I cant fuck with politics no more. You only see what you've been told, from one side or another.. who's more credible? I dont know...If you believe the news ur 'ignorant', if you believe these consipiracy theorist ur 'ignorant'. If u dont fuckin care, ur still 'ignorant'. Fuck it, ignorance is bliss, or so I've been told.

The video you posted is completely filled with conspiracy theories.

I'm asking you, what exactly is a conspiracy? Do you believe in secret societies? Do you believe in the illuminati?
Do you want a definition of the word conspiracy or what?

Of course there are secret societies, but I don't believe that they control entire governments or plan on making one government for the entire world.

lol, did you know that the Church used to go around physically punishing people for not believing that the earth was the center of the universe? lol, think about the people that used to contradict that belief, and would say "keep an open mind about it! maybe the earth isn't the center of the universe!" So we should put stuff like "NASA faked the moon landing!" and "Lizard men are alive and well and are actually planning to take over the world!" on the same pedestal as "the Earth is round" and "we evolved in slow, random mutations over a course of billions of years"?

I didn't post it. End of story.

Do you want a definition of the word conspiracy or what?
I want your personal definition of what you think a conspiracy is. Seems like you are having a really hard time answering such a simple question. Maybe you shouldn't scream conspiracy theory unless you know what you're talking about.

Go ahead. I'm not saying you shouldn't. If you post something (video, article, etc.) where someone took a chunk of their time to produce, i'm not going to sit here and automatically say "Ptf! that's conspiracy! im not even going to listen!"

I will listen to what your article/video has to say. Then, after reading/watching your post... i can come to a decision on why i believe it, or why i don't believe it. Just because something sounds ridiculous, doesn't mean you shouldn't listen, and try and understand why people might think that we didn't land on the moon or why Lizard men are alive. There's nothing wrong with listening to another person's beliefs. The problem is when you base your judgement before you even listen to what they have to say.

Hard time answering it because you asked it in a way that made it difficult to answer. I didn't know if you wanted the 100% dictionary definition or what.

My definition of conspiracy is when people think that somehow that people that are in higher power positions are planning to take over the world, fake shit to control people, or just spreading fear without credible proof. Examples such...

9/11 is an inside job
genetically engineered food is poison
vaccines cause autism
illuminati
Amero
martial law
chemicals in your food
death camps in the u.s.
Jews control the world
Faked moon landing
AIDS is man-made by the government

The Flat Earth Society -- Home

You would take your time to read this site? I can walk downtown and overhear a bum talking about how the world is going to end next week, should I stand there, listen, and say "Hmmm, interesting hypothesis, may I challenge your point of view?" or walk away thinking "this man is insane"? Like I said earlier, there's a difference between being open minded to something logical and something that is not.

Well said and I agree a 100%.

Altough Killuminati does make a good basic point. Challenge everything, all the time, and keep openminded.

But then Glock is on point by saying there's a line. Or maybe not a line but different gradations of "feasibility" that you can attach to everything. There are some things/theories that deserve more time and be taken more seriously than others.

there is another reason why US troops are invading the middle east. it seems the US troops are increasingly attacking countries surrounding russia, if a war was to break out between the US and the soviet union, the US already has troops deployed and in place on land close to russia, and where are the russian armys at, when usa is surrounded by an ocean, the greater scheme of things lead to usa dominating the power of the russians, if a war was to break off now between usa and russia, the us already has troops close by, what if middle east is just a facarde for intimidation

Killuminatii went one step too far with the "being open minded" part.

Glock figured out where to cross a line. You should too.
You forgot to add that i'm the newbie in these forums, i don't have such a high rep like those im debating with, and it's me against the whole forum lol.

The only thing i wanted to point out was the fact that one should be open minded about EVERYTHING, not just whatever sounds right. Like i said before, the Church used to physically punish people for believing the Earth was the center of the universe, but there were those who kept an open mind. The church had it's own line drawn too, and punished those who crossed it for keeping an open mind.

Imagine how absurd people must have thought Einstein was when he was proving his theory of relativity. His calculations had to be EXACTLY on point, and there were many people who thought he would have never done it, because they didn't believe it was possible for space time to curve. He failed plenty of times in his calculations, but he still got his point across. And even then they refused to award him the nobel prize. His open, and sleek mind allowed him to become an Icon overnight.

My definition of conspiracy is when people think that somehow that people that are in higher power positions are planning to take over the world, fake shit to control people, or just spreading fear without credible proof. Examples such...

Do you 100% believe the explanation of the U.S. government about 9/11? If so, who was behind it? Bin laden, so they say. If so, why hasn't Bin Laden been charged with 9/11? (look on the FBI website).

I haven't heard of vaccines causing autism, but i've definately heard about mercury being in vaccines lol, which just may lead to autism.

You said you believe in secret societies. The illuminati are just that.

The Amero, or a new form of currency seems a reality in North America with the dollar going down the drain.

There have been representatives in congress that openly state that they were threatened with martial law if they had not voted 'yes' on the bailout bill. (The video is on youtube, it's an offical CSPAN video)

There are plenty of chemicals in our food.

I don't know about the Death camps in the U.S. I haven't really looked into that, but i'll listen to both sides of the story. Even if it sounds absurd. But it always raises this question, why the FUCK would FEMA be building HUGE camps all over the United States?

Fake moon landing? Hm, i've heard about it. There are some good points on both sides of the story. I'm not for one side or the other.

We know goddamn well the Healthcare industry is going to make a killing off these diseases lol. They give you just enough medicine to treat your disease, but won't kill you so that you keep coming back with more money. I think there is an AIDS vaccine out there that will not be relased because therre's a lot of money being racked in from the infected patients. And it keeps us from overpopulating. lol! As far as the government having a direct role in AIDS? Hm, it could be a possibility. They've done it before with other diseases, why not AIDS?

btw,
I'm not saying anything that seems a conspiracy is true, i'm just asking questions.

Well I'm basically known as the religion-debater, other than that I don't think I have a lot of rep here.

Do you 100% believe the explanation of the U.S. government about 9/11? If so, who was behind it? Bin laden, so they say. If so, why hasn't Bin Laden been charged with 9/11? (look on the FBI website).
I 100% believe in the scientific explanation of how the buildings fell by the melting of support beams by the high heat caused by jet fuel.

Bin Laden, Most Wanted For Embassy Bombings?

Read that about Bin Ladin.

I haven't heard of vaccines causing autism, but i've definately heard about mercury being in vaccines lol, which just may lead to autism.
People are told that vaccines cause autism and they believe it. Something about the government wanting to limit the population by making retards or some shit.

You said you believe in secret societies. The illuminati are just that.
And I said I don't believe that they plan on taking over the world or run governments.

The Amero, or a new form of currency seems a reality in North America with the dollar going down the drain.
It has almost zero percent of happening because of nationalism. If there is one currency, that means borders will have to open up completely. Do Americans want their security in jeopardy? Canadian's will want to distance themselves from Americans because we want to be a sovereign nation (even though we are culturally identical).

There have been representatives in congress that openly state that they were threatened with martial law if they had not voted 'yes' on the bailout bill. (The video is on youtube, it's an offical CSPAN video)

There is a term in congress called Martial Law where normal procedures are thrown out so a bill can be pushed through. Infact when that bill was passed it was under "martial law" by the speaker of the house as stated by Rep. Michael Burgess in this video

There are plenty of chemicals in our food.
But chemicals that cause impotence or increase cancer and other diseases?

I don't know about the Death camps in the U.S. I haven't really looked into that, but i'll listen to both sides of the story. Even if it sounds absurd. But it always raises this question, why the FUCK would FEMA be building HUGE camps all over the United States?
With the increased threat of nuclear terrorism, wouldn't having larger FEMA camps be a better idea? Also with the threat of natural disasters hitting large population centres would need a larger FEMA camp to house those who lost their homes.

Fake moon landing? Hm, i've heard about it. There are some good points on both sides of the story. I'm not for one side or the other.
All the points conspiracy theorists bring up have been refuted.

The effects of AIDS/HIV affects the economy more than it makes in profit. Print this Press Release

"The total lifetime cost of illness for Americans newly diagnosed with HIV in 2002 is approximately $36.4 billion, of which more than 80 percent is related to productivity losses"

So the government creates a virus so that drug companies benefit from...but the government is hurt by it?

btw,
I'm not saying anything that seems a conspiracy is true, i'm just asking questions.
Think of logical explanations of everything before diving headfirst into defending them.

My, my, what have I been missing here, a little excitement in WOW for a change?

First of all, yes, you should be open to new ideas. But, I don't have to read every new book on the Illuminatti, if I've read one or more already and found them to be worthless. And I don't have to be open minded about EVERYTHING. If I've come to see that faith is not the way to get at the truth, I don't have to look into every new faith-based belief or religion to decide it's nonsense. I don't need to look into everything that contradicts fundamental scientific beliefs to know it's nonsense. After a while, you get a feel for it. You look at the methods used to present the new information. If it's a documentary, who are they interviewing? Scholars and historians, or fringe polemicists and KRS-One ranting like a clown?

And if I see that fucking pyramid with the eye over it on top of the White House one more time, I'm gonna start kicking asses. Fine, believe if you want that there’s a secret group of ppl trying to take over the world, but that pyramid eye is not their symbol, get-the-fuck-over-it! That alone is a sure sign to me that they have no critical skills whatsoever. So I thought it was considerate of them for including it in this movie early on, to let some of us know what brand of utter nonsense they're presenting, so we need not watch further.

Obama is not an "agent" of Wall Street. At most, he's a friend of Wall Street. And he has many friends there who contributed to his campaign. That's the reason he's in bed with them. See, if a more likely and obvious reason can be thought of for someone's actions, like the one I just gave for Obama's, then that's the one it's reasonable to go with. Not the he's-trying-to-bring-down-the-economy-for-the-Anglo-American-World-Empire reason. Why stop there? Let's go with an even more unlikelier one: he's been programmed by aliens for their plan to take over the earth. It could be possible. Let's ask KRS-One and Paris Hilton. You have to keep your mind open to everything.

But then again, you do need to entertain and look into some new things because yes, vaccines have definitely caused autism (and cancer for that matter), though it's not the only cause of autism and it’s not a government conspiracy. It's just incompetence and greed. And of course chemicals in our food cause cancer; what official denies that? Every fucking food coloring alone increases your chances of getting cancer. That's not controversial. But nobody’s putting them in the food to give us cancer; they’re just trying to make a profit. So there is something to be said for keeping an open mind, but not so open that you believe anything. You’ve just got to also have some knowledge in the field and a critical mind to have some chance of finding out what's right. And getting that is an ongoing process.

Anyways, Arthur, explain why Obama's economic policies are terrible? What would have you done instead of him?

what should we believe?
you strike me as a bit naive and very prone to believe illegitimate conspiracy theories as i believe we once debated (nicely) in regards to who killed Tupac and you were fairly convinced that it was Suge Knight and not Orlando Anderson. Out of curiosity, how old are you?

You'll find if you use your brain and your reason and think things through logically instead of jumping on the bandwagon when something new and perhaps exciting pops up, you'll find yourself in a much better position to learn the truth and not be deceived.

Just my advice, man. I'm not trying to belittle you.
