For me the 2 best are:
Gianluigi Buffon: he is like a machine. he rarely makes a mistake. Played a big roll in Italy's World Cup triumph
Iker Casillas: looks a bit shaky this season but there is no denying his brilliance.
The best of the rest for me would be:
Peter Cech: Back to his best after a difficult 2007/2008 season.
Shay Given: fantastic keeper. im not saying that just because he is Irish either. I can recall him making one bad mistake in his top flight career. Some of his performances for Ireland back through the years have been outstanding most notably in the 0-0 draw against France when he made some unbelievable saves.
Julio Cesar: Very solid Brazilian keeper for Inter Milan. The fact that Francesco Toldo has been sitting on the Inter bench for the past few years says it all.
Beppe Reina: Great shot stopper and has arguably the best distribution of any keeper in the world but he still looks shaky under crosses.
