Hillary as Secretary of State

She should be banned from holding public office on any level whatsoever. She's a pathological liar just like her husband. And when you bring Hillary in, you are also going to be getting Bill. Obama doesn't need any more mediocre advisors or political enemies in his camp. May as well leave Condi Rice in the position for all the difference it will make. It will send a clear signal to the world that Obama and the US are not interested in any fundamental changes in foreign policy.

^Yup.

And here i thought Obama is making changes. He might as well get a blowjob and lie about it and get impeached.

This isn't directed at you, and I agree with people who see all of these Clinton people and think "WTF?" With that said, the real change that Obama has in mind is the implementation of recent research in the field of behavioral economics. Obama spent more than a decade teaching Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago and he was exposed to the cutting-edge ideas of Richard Thaler and Austan Goolsbee, among many others. It's been labeled "paternal libertarianism," when applied to politics, and it's sprinkled all throughout Obama's policy ideas. If these ideas are actually implemented, then it would be a very strong change, and if it works, then it would revolutionize governmental policy.

In this regard, he has absolutely nothing in common with anybody who ever worked with or under either Clinton (or anybody else -- these are very new ideas). Some Hillary supporters actually slammed him for being more "right-wing" than McCain. Go figure?
